The map seems to indicate it is on Highway 31, but this is because there is no address for the cabin and that is what showed up when I put in Fairview, Utah. Our beautiful cabin, located in a private, gated community, is available to book late spring through late fall, weather permitting. Lots of space for family reunions or corporate retreats. Meals can be included for an additional charge. You can book just one meal, breakfast and dinner every day, or anything in between. Cell phones on the Verizon network get excellent reception but other cell networks can be spotty. There is a large flat screen TV and lots of movies on DVD to choose from. There is also a professional card table if your family is like mine and enjoys playing games. You will have full use of the cabin except the basement which is only partially finished and used for storage. If you need all 8 bedrooms then you will have access to the basement for the 2 finished bedrooms that are there. Although the cabin has 2 full bathrooms, that may not be adequate for really large groups. Hot showers are available free of charge 24 hours a day at a nearby location if needed. Your host will be present off and on during your stay to answer any questions you may have and to help with any issues that may arise. He will, of course, be there to provide any meals you have purchased. You must have your own transportation. For guests arriving by plane, the host will meet you at a predetermined spot near the Salt Lake City airport and guide you after you have picked up a rental car. For more local guests, or guests coming from the south, the host will meet you in Fairview, which is about 2 hours south of Salt Lake City on Highway 89. Once at the cabin, it is an hour round trip just to run to the store so bring everything you need! Welton Woods is an expansive lodge designed to bring luxurious amenities into the great outdoors. The space Get away to Cooper’s Cabin, a newly restored pioneer cabin in 2012. It was found in ruins in the back corner of the property. The logs were numbered by Snow College’s Traditional Building Skills Institute and reassembled behind the inn. This cabin, circa 1860, was probably standing during the Black Hawk War of which William Osborne was a veteran. The pioneers could not have conceived the luxuries we take for granted in Cooper’s Cabin. Guest access Guests are encouraged to access the entire cabin, covered porch, patio and large picnic table just outside the cabin. Also, front yard and pasture are available upon request.

Sitting on the western foothills of the beautiful Indianola Valley, this cozy cabin (affectionately called the "Nut House") has an excellent view of the nearby Manti-La-Sal National Forest and is close to fishing spots, hiking trails, delightful small towns, and more. It has three bedrooms, a kitchen, living room, and dining room area, all on one level. There is a washer and dryer for your use, as well as a Keurig coffee maker in the minimally stocked full kitchen you can make your meals in. (Bring your own food.) Each of the three bedrooms has a comfortable queen bed and one carpeted bunk over the bed. (See pictures) Bring your own sleeping bags and foam pads for the bunks. There is one main bathroom with a bathtub, and there is one 3/4 bathroom in the main bedroom. We live on a neighboring property and are almost always around if you need anything and we SINCERELY value your input! Go ahead and message, call, or text us and we should be over as soon as possible/necessary. Also, please let us know immediately if anything about your stay is less than five-star. Although we just started renting this cabin out last year, we've run a b&b for 6+ years, and we'll do what we can to make everything right in the event you have any issues. The "Nut House" is about twenty-five minutes from the nearest grocery store, so come prepared but if you forget anything, we have a supply of basic items down at our house you can purchase from us.

Manti temple is 20 minutes to the south and is a beautiful site and town. There are many small towns nearby for site seeing. Spring city is an artist draw 13 miles east of town. Fairview qo miles north east has a museum and many lakes and ponds for fishing. Roomy place to stay for larger or smaller groups.

Originally homesteaded in 1882 by the Tanner family, our grandparents Earl and Ruth Beck moved here in 1932. And except for a few years when new owners added on and completely remodeled the old pioneer home in 2008, it has remained in our family ever since. Sitting at an elevation of 6,000 feet, the temperatures in Indianola July through August are between 80-87 for the highs, with the lows between 43-49. Although the house stays at a comfortable temperature most of the day Spring through Fall, we have recently added a swamp cooler for the month or so when the afternoon temperatures in the house are uncomfortable. Pets allowed with prior approval and additional $50 fee. No smoking inside the house. WIFI throughout the house is included. Check-in is 3:30 PM with check-out at 11 AM. If there are no guests booked directly before or after you, we may be able to arrange for earlier check-in or later check-out. The finished garage is heated and is a great expansion area, with tables and chairs to seat 24. This is also where we keep our ping pong table. Main level deck that seats 12 people at tables and has a Weber BBQ grill. Lower patio with 6 person Bullfrog hot tub, table, chairs and bluetooth soundbar. 2 - 65" large-screen Smart TV's with satellite and blu-ray players, with great sound bars. Office has two computers and color printer for your use. We have a pool table located in the Rock Room and also a toy room for the littlest guests. The kitchen is completely stocked, and for your convenience we have 2 refrigerators and a washer and dryer. The house sleeps 20 comfortably in beds, including sofa sleepers. All the beds have premium memory foam mattresses. The 3 sofa sleepers have extra memory foam pads for comfort. We also have 8 foam sleeping pads to be used anywhere in the home, which work great for kids. (Please contact if interested for groups larger than 30.) ***Upstairs has 2 full bathrooms (one in master bedroom) and 5 bedrooms. -master bedroom with king bed, 50" TV with Direct TV, large jetted tub, dual shower heads in shower, spacious walk-in closet -1 bedroom with 1 queen and a queen sofa sleeper -1 bedroom with 1 queen and a twin over full bunk bed -1 bedroom with 1 queen w/ 32" smart TV with ROKU and Direct TV -1 loft area with 2 queen beds and enough area to use the available 8 memory foam pads. ***Main floor office and basement media room have full size sofa sleepers, with 3/4 bathrooms close by. Wood stove as well as a pellet stove on the main floor with in floor radiant heat throughout the whole house. If your stay is over a state or federal holiday, that day will be charged the weekend rate even if the quoting software doesn't catch it. The day before and day after holidays are considered weekend rates. Rates quoted over 1 year in advance of current dates are subject to be different than a VRBO quote and can change. (Memorial Day, 4th of July, 24th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's.) If you have an event such as a wedding or have a larger group come for a day there will be an event fee added to the reservation.

This is new yurt as of 2017. We have a lot of yurting experience and we think this yurt has it all. It is remote and high up in the mountains, yet only an hour from Provo, Utah. Come stay for one night, the weekend, or a whole week. This yurt has it all! In the wintertime, snowshoeing or skiing to the yurt makes for a beautiful trail. Your destination is just over 1.5 miles and is a cozy 20' diameter yurt tucked back into a grove of aspen, pine, and junipers. The yurt is located at ~ 8,300' elevation. There are several slopes nearby if you wish to do some back country skiing or good o' fashion sledding. We have wifi, Apple TV, one queen bed, and a queen sleeper sofa. Unfortunately, one of the bars on the sofa bed frame was damaged by a guest, so the head of the bed drops down when it’s unfolded. If you choose to use this sofa bed, you can prop that section up with the cushions from the couch. Our farmhouse is most comfortable with two people, but can accommodate four. We are just next door if you need anything during your stay! You'll have privacy and experience what it's like to see the night stars and hear the crickets. This amazing town is full of history! Wether you walk main street or head up the canyon, you will feel like time has slowed down for you.
